Question:  What are your shipping rates and policies?

Answer:  We ship every order within 1 business day via the United States Post Office.  Our rates for shipping within the US are usually based on the total cost of the Products ordered.  
                                                  0 - $15 = $2.75
                                      $15.01 - $40.00 = $5.50
                                      $40.01 - $75.00 = $7.50
                                     $75.01 - $100.00 = $10.00
                                  $100.01 and above = Free Shipping
         

Question: Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Yes, International Shipping is avaialble.  For cost of international shipping please contact us at atbquilts@att.net

Question: Do you ship to Military Bases outside of the US?

Answer: Yes, I  will am happy to ship to APO and FPO addresses. 

One of the reasons for setting up the shopping cart on the Internet was to afford individuals the opportunity to order our products. "Our family lived in Brandon, Suffolk, England for three years while my husband filled his US Air Force assignment at RAF Mildenhall.  I missed having good quilt shops close by, so I'm glad I can make these kits and fabrics easy for all of you to order.

Question: How do I know my credit card information will be secure?

Answer: You will not be asked to enter this sensitive info until it is safe.   You will know it is secure when you see the address line  at the top of your screen begin with "https" rather than just http. 
  We here at ATB Quilts never see your credit card  number, and we like it that way! 

Question:  What is included in your Quilt Kits?

Answer:  Unless stated otherwise, each quilt kit contains the pattern and the fabric (100% Cotton) to complete the quilt top and the binding to match.  Some kits may also contain backing and/or accessories such as buttons or trims.
